Zlin Z-226 MS Trener - completed

After a long break I reactivated the project; unfortunately I lost during construction the cowling face and had to wait replacement of Eduard. Now the plane is ready for the first coat of paint.  

All precut masks have an excellent fit. 🙂 

 

Off white as main coat finished. Very satisfied with the shininess. 🙂 

 

 

It’s stunning what you can see on the picture (more than “bare” eyes)!! So you can see that I still to do something on the edges.  

Underside of the wings as test object “how works the removal or the carrier film”.
Result: it works excellent. Only on the small areas I had to do fix tiny red errors.  

 

Decaling is after 3 days completed. Fortunately Humbrols H174 match 100% the red of the decals.
