CAPCON is IPMS Ottawa's biennial scale plastic model contest, and it attracts model enthusiasts & builders from all across Canada, the United States, and Europe.

Our previous event 2 years ago – CAPCON 2017 – celebrated Canada 150 at a brand new venue. It was an overwhelming success, was very well attended, and featured nearly 700 wonderfully-crafted scale plastic models in competition. The sold-out Vendor Room had a great variety of vendors selling their wares, and the Silent Auction had over 200 items donated from supporters around the world.

There will be THEME AWARDS, SPECIAL AWARDS and over 100 different categories!

Entrance fees:: CAPCON 2019 Entrant Fees may be paid online or in person.

Payment of a CAPCON 2019 entrant fee entitles each entrant to unlimited model entries, as well as free admission to the Museum for the duration of the event.

ADULT entrant (over 16): $20

JUNIOR entrant (16 and younger): $5
