About:: Canada's largest scale model show and contest returns to the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum: IPMS Hamilton’s seventeenth annual celebration of everything scale modelling, HeritageCon, takes place on Sunday March 29, 2026.

Going on its eighteenth year, HeritageCon has become an annual tradition for enthusiasts of all ages and corners of Ontario, Québec, and the north-eastern United States—just have a quick look at the license plates in the parking lot on your way in! A positively unique experience, browsing through hundreds of models on display while surrounded by rare historical aircraft - many the only remaining of their type in the world. Be sure to visit the well stocked raffle table before enjoying lunch at the licensed restaurant on premises! Whether you are curious about this wonderful hobby, or looking to re-discover a pastime of younger days, HeritageCon certainly is a fun Sunday outing for kids eight to eighty.

Contest categories include Aircraft, Armour, Automotive, Ships, Figures, Space, Science Fiction as well as Junior and Bantam entries. We look forward to seeing you there!
