PBY Catalina engine nacelle (Aviation Museum, #7)

These are the parts for the closed engine nacelle that the set offers. 

To avoid milling dust, I loosened everything wet. The parts were repeatedly immersed in the water to collect the milling dust.  

I recommend to leave the stable frame/cage when separating the parts. So you can hold the whole thing better in your hand. The thin milling cutter fits between the individual struts without any problems.🙂
