9 grams out of the recommended 20 grams.
There's a whole under the cockpit that I can cram another 5 or 6 grams of weight in but I honestly think this one is going to be a propped up tail sitter! 

Floats on.
The silver represents a set if replaced wings. 

And the wife is calling this one done!
