After a long break I reactivated the project; unfortunately I lost during construction the cowling face and had to wait replacement of Eduard (thank you Eduard for the excellent customer support🙂🙂🙂🙂) Now the plane is ready for the first coat of paint.

Good morning Lochsa. Thx for your praise. As usual I don't use fluids like Future. Eduards clear parts are perfectly done, thin, distortions free so I used them without adds or extras. Applied Eduards masks, airbrushed first coat in light grey (semimatt = important), second coat with off white and at last yellow (both semimatt).

There is quite a big gap at the horizontal stabilizer between the fixed part and the control surfaces. Is it intended that way?

Moin Michael. Es war nur für die Dauer der Lackierung: damit die Farbe (besser) an die Kante kommt. Der Spalt ist inzwischen weg. 🙂

Thank you Michael, Stefan and Alec. By the way: this kit contains also decals with removable carrier film. I recommend to wait with this task about 12 hours until the "decal paint - coat" hase settled. It's a bit tricky to lift off an edge of the carrier film but I used an old scalpel with a round tip (old = blunt = sanded with 1500 grit SP).

Ahh beautiful overall look, the usual high-end paintjob, these great decals look like they've been painted, together they make a very realistic looking
surface- texture. 👍

I forgot the mirror and I had no desire at the exhaust. I'll do tomorrow, I promise🙂
