This is a one-day indoor event. Vendors may offer any type of models and model-related items such as tools, paints, books, etc. Vendor tables are eight feet long and are $20 each. Limited space is available, so please sign up early. To register, contact Jason Davenport at humanrevo33@gmail.com. Vendors may begin setting up at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. The facility is wheelchair accessible. Food will be available for purchase on site: all proceeds will go to the Willamina VFW. Additional donations are welcome. If staying overnight, some lodging is available in Willamina, and the Spirit Mountain Casino & Lodge is nearby.
There will also be a People’s Choice contest with two categories: Civilian & Military. The basic rule for that is: if it’s armed or armored, it’s military; otherwise it’s civilian. Please limit entries to two models per person. We will also have a Display Only table: these models will not be judged.
