1/72 PM Model Supermarine Spitfire VB "Dutch Trop"

So this is what she started out as before the restoration.

God aweful I'd call it! 

I didn't even finish the stencils I was so unhappy with it I just left it. 

And so it begins! 

All Decals scraped off and the whole thing filled! 

During the filling and sanding process all gear and the exhausts came off.
Personally I think even in these early stages she looks 1000% better already! 

All primed, I definitely need to start airbrushing again. 

And she's Silver.
And her wings fell off, oops. 

At the last minute I decided the intakes under the wings weren't good enough. 

So I cut them off and replaced them with 2 identical spare Airfix intakes. 

Quite pleased with the results. 

Decals have been found. 

And she's done!!! 

She's looking a billion percent better! 

I'm so glad I decided to restore her!
Really makes me wanna repaint others though haha!
