Broad range of creative interests but especially RC aircraft but I also enjoy pure scale modelling too and whilst I enjoy flying pure 3D aerobatics I also like to fly scale models as well in a scale a manner as possible.
I also have some hours flying full size aircraft too and have a measly 5 hours flying helicopters solo, wish I could afford more.
My favourite scales for modelling are 1:48th, 1:35th & 1:24th as they are particularly good scales for the micro RC helis. I do indulge in a bit of 1:72nd scale also but find it a touch fiddly 🙂

Other interests are playing guitar-classical & rock, 3D modelling/printing & CAD-CAM, computer graphics, painting, illustration, sculpting, movie making, set design, special FX, Science Fiction, aviation of all stripes - if it flies it is interesting especially aerobatics and dogfighting !
Science & engineering, robotics, AI, vehicle & aircraft design, space flight, tanks, armoured vehicles, WW2, The Vietnam War, boats, aircraft carriers, motor racing and snooker 🙂
