2March 13, 2021I used the Eduard Instrument with the Aires Resinpart - minor modifications had to be made to fit.

6March 13, 2021Trimmed and thinned out the Plastic Parts.
7March 13, 2021More thinning and trimming...
8March 13, 2021Eduard Parts are really nice
9March 13, 2021Minor Detail added to vents - Hasegawa has opened vents, GWHs F-15 don't!

18March 19, 20214 Different Missile Rail Launchers:
1: Hasegawa Kit; very Basic, pre-MSIP Launcher
2: Hasegawa Armament-Set; Quite good, but adapter is too long
3: Eduard LAU 127 that comes with the AMRAAM-Set is perfect, but the Adapter is missing, so i shortened the Hasegawa one and will use that.
4: Launcher that comes with the GWH-Kit
A combination of Eduard and GWH would be perfect.
19March 27, 2021From left to right:
Quickboost, Great Wall Hobby, Aires... GWH looks more like 1/48th scale, compared to the Aires Seat!
20March 27, 2021We have to take some "social points" there for GWH due to scale failure... 😉
21April 4, 2021Babysteps towards the finishing line...
22April 4, 2021Rob Taurus Canopy and Eduard Parts really pay off!
23April 4, 2021Rear Canopy Parts need to be completed - Eduard Photoetch and Plastic strips...
24April 4, 2021
25April 4, 2021Eifel Eagle almost complete...
26April 4, 2021...still a long way to go!
27April 4, 2021Great Wall Hobby Canopy is too wide and bulky - Rob Taurus takes the lead!
