When I grow up I'll be a Concorde!

I decided to recreate airbrakes - absent in the kit. 

As you can see, the shape of a cabin/gondola in the model is wrong and the ventral rectangular structure is much narrower... I am going to leave it as it is, however, since I am not good in sculpting 😉 

The best effect I was able to achieve... 

 

 

Some progress here - leading edges painted Tamiya Silver Leaf. Next step: masking the anti-glare panel and some 'no step' lines on the top of the wings (they are quite prominent, yet not given as decals in the kit...see previous reference photo)

I announce her finished. Despite inaccuracies, I find it a good (and relatively simple) kit. Recommended!
