ok I tried to make the red band more neat not sure I really achieved it. I paint the land gear and corrected some details. I will call it done at this stage before I destroy more than I fix. dry out for few hour then I will go on gloss varnish.

I think the red bands are looking good Naram. I agree with you, move on to the next stage. 👍

put decals on. it is a catastrophy. it does appear clearly in the pics but they are very brittle and do not adhere at all on the model despite micro set and sol intensive use and a gloss varnish preparation. I will put another layer of gloss varnish on top to see if it improves

Keep it up! 👍🏻

the decal are hawfull they refuse to stick and are silvering everywhere despite gloss varnish and decals setters. Put on matt varnish that gave froze a bit everywhere. at this stage I tried to mitigate the disaster with paints and move quickly to rigging before I do fly trest over the window 🙂

Nice little Sopwith 👍 lm bit reluctant to build a biplane...as l worry l will keep breaking top wings off with clumsy hands 🤣.
Looking great ✅

Thank you Fin and D. Well it is full of mistake (bat decals, and i al not a good experience painter). it is super fun to do biplane : colorfull rigging (you can do all or just some, intersting silhouette) at the end if you go 48 or 32 with eduard or tamyia it is straight forward

Nice work, keep going !! I built this same kit, and it may be small and cheap, but it's far from easy.
The decals are terrible in a true Academy way.

Thank you Guy and Bas. Indeed the decal are killers. Part of it never adhere to the model and is brittle. I had to retouch it with paint.

Rigging finsihed replaced the screen that i lost in the process. Made some.paint retouch here and there. As i had so many issue with my mat varnish i will not apply another coat. Did a pit of panel lining with a comercian pen (not very precise).

On the tarmac, undergoing preflight inspection. Or maybe just landing.

Łukasz Gliński
I don't think they were used on tarmac in WWI
Maybe just a bit of grass and some crew?

thank you Bob Moreno Buff Cazey ! the rigging was tedious but a bit every morning before going to work. it is difficult to see on far away pics and I did not want to appear thick.
I will try to prepare the base, I will post here.
