"Armoured firefighter" based on NONA-SVK

About the vehicle:
Around 2016 (?), the 'Geodezija' Research Institute was commissioned to develop an armoured firefighting vehicle for the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations. At the institute's test range in Krosnoarmieisk, tests are carried out on rocket and barrel ammunition, explosives, etc., so having such a fire-fighting vehicle seemed entirely justified. The Nona-SVK cannon (itself developed on the BTR-80 chassis) was selected for the modification. The resulting vehicle has a nozzle mounted in the barrel and, during firefighting operations, is continuously supplied with water from another fire engine connected to it.
About the model:
This model is one of my 'shelf-dwellers'. I started building it in early 2021. I used the 2017 ACE Nona-SVK model as a base. I reached the limits of my patience quite quickly and abandoned the project. The ACE kit isn't a bad design, but the quality of the moulds... Suffice it to say that the moulds have a misalignment of around 0.5–0.7 mm, so most of the small parts were unusable. Furthermore, the conversion required me to make connections for the vehicle's water supply lines, and attempts to create them 'from scratch' ended in failure. The model lay in a cupboard I rarely opened and always irritated me.
I finally got round to trying my hand at designing the missing parts in 3D, and although I used 'a cannon for a fly' by printing tiny bits (the largest of which was 7 mm long) on a printer with a build plate of 219 x 123 mm 😄 – the important thing is that I had everything I needed to get the job done. I designed the decals based on a few photos from the training ground. I pulled myself together and finished the "monster". Although in places the result is far from what I expected, I've come to the conclusion that instead of complaining, I need to finish more "shelf models" and maybe they'll finally start turning out right.
