This is the Trumpeter 1/350 USS Yorktown CV-10 (1944) kit modified to represent the ship as she appeared in 1945. Changes include extending the bridge, filling in the deck-edge Bofors cutouts and raising the two associated Bofors mounts, scratch-building a complete hangar deck overhead with integrated compartments, hangar deck supporting bulkheads and columns, bomb elevators, and correcting several other features.
