This is where I stopped last July. 

 

 

Finally got the starboard (right) inner gun barrel fixed, though I broke the drill bit when the pin vise it was in rolled off the bench! 

Getting close. Landing gear doors on. Trying to see if Elmer's glue will work for a masking agent. 

Masked off for the white part of the invasion stripes. 

Because my compressor refused all attempts at getting it to function, I dug out a old rattlecan of Testors Gloss White. I did shot a coat of Krylon clear before spraying the white, and luckily that kept the paint creep under the masking tape to a minimum.
