1May 20, 2023Parts from KP MiG-21R set - used because Eduard do not released set with this version in 1/72 scale.
2May 21, 2023Something managed to carve. It's not great, but the plastic is some very soft.... I tried to correct some of the lines and immediately carved the canyons. I sealed with CA and decided not to try more. I added a flare tray and that was it.

9June 2, 2023Progress has been slow lately, but sometimes you have to work 🙂
Today just a quick look at the nozzles. On the MiG-21MF, I added something from myself to the exhaust nozzles in order to make them more like the original and not to make money for Eduard on the aftermarkets 😛 . This time I decided to go a step further - instead of 0.5mm PVC single row "big teeth" I make two rows of 0.2mm PVC " thinner teeth". The effect is so satisfactory that I am thinking about copying it in resin, because
after all, the "R" is not to be the last version I plan to glue 🙂
