150 mm howitzer in the desert
Up against the sea

A diorama of a DAK howitzer firing up against the sea at dusk. I built the gun and sd kfz out of the box while the Horch 108 was modified to add the flak 38 on a rear deck. Vallejo air was used for all the vehicles and figures. The background is an aquarium backdrop from Amazon. I simulated the gun firing using orange and white cotton fibers wound around a mini q tip which also serves as the 150 mm shell.
